OVERVIEW

Choosing the right course of action, taking advantage of opporturnities and steering clear of obstacles all require confidence, vision and knowledge. Often you or others in your organization, can supply all three attributes. There will be times, however when you will want to draw upon the skills and expertise of individuals outside your organization to supplement what you know or to bring focus to the resolution of a problem. At GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES, we endeavor to provide you with this expertise.

Being a small but professional and efficient firm, we are able to keep our overheads lower and these savings are passed on to our clients in the form of lower fees. As we specialize in conveyancing and property related matters we are able to optimize and streamline our systems and procedures.

This allows us more time to concentrate on the things that really matter such as providing our clients with a more individual and personal service. Clients are treated, as we would wish to be treated, if we were clients ourselves. The firm was founded in July 1999 with a partnership between Gregory Santiago and Baskaran Manickam, two highly dynamic lawyers.

Its first office is in the Leisure Commerce Square (formerly know as Bali Building), Sunway and in the near future GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES will be expanding towards the northern and southern region.

We are currently insured by Jardine Lloyd Thompson Sdn. Bhd. for a mandatory amount of Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred Thousand (RM400,000.00). We also insured with CYS Risk Management Services for top-up amount of Ringgit Malaysia Two Million Six Hundred Thousand (RM2,600,000.00) which totals up to RM3 million.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

“Seeing Beyond the Process”

When it comes to the day-to-day business, GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES practices a philosophy unique in our present legal environment. Simply said, we strive to “See Beyond the Process”.

In our increasingly complex business environment, many lawyers and firms lose sight of the goal; their focus and all too often, their client is lost in the maze the law has become. Seeing beyond the process calls for an unwavering commitment to efficency, effectiveness and results. It is how we approach business and how we achieve successful results.

At GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES we also take pride in the personal, professional service we provide our clients. Despite the high tech, fast paced, online environment in which we do business today, the GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES team has an unwavering focus on the basic concept that our primary and guiding obligation is Client Service. Satisfying client needs is our ultimate priority.

There is yet another characteristic, which distinguishes GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES. Our view of the lawyer / client relationship is unique. We recognize that the relationship between a lawyer and his client is not that of an employer and employee or principal and agent but rather a partnership; a partnership in which all parties work together to achieve a common goal: the client’s goal.

GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES invests heavily in every client in the hope and expectation of establishing a mutually beneficial, long term partnership. We understand that such a relationship can only evolve through exceptional results and a dedicated focus.

In this era of business “downsizing”, “consolidating” and “economizing”, we know that our clients, like all consumers, are looking to stretch every dollar and justify every cent of expense. At GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES we have made the commitment to quality service at cost effective fees. To achieve that goal we recognize that we have a continuous responsibility to our clients to be flexible, reasonable and responsible.

The GREGORY, YUSRAN & ASSOCIATES team pride themselves on being result-oriented, creative problem solvers. Too many lawyers today allow themselves to be distracted by the complexities of the legal system and the intricacies and machinations of modern bureaucracy.

With a healthy understanding of those complexities and the legal concerns of our client’s, we stay focused on the “solution” and “see beyond the process”.
